Sheds Galore and More is happy to now offer pre-engineered pole barns. Sizes range from 20'x20' to 60'x200'.

Your new engineered pole structure will be manufactured at our location, where for years we have succeeded in not only manufacturing a good product but also building a strong name in the construction business. From the time one of our dealers and your salesperson has written your buyer’s order you will feel assured that our customer satisfaction is our # 1 priority, after all without happy customers there is no greater south barns.

We manufacture our own trusses from high grade steel, in what we feel to be an upgraded design with strength and durability at the forefront. We also offer “push-button” combinations where Sheds Galore and More can handle your needs for items such as concrete, truss pitch variances, enclosed barn structures, spray foam insulation, lofts, and even interior wall coverings, allowing the customer to fully enjoy their new barn without the hassles of handling each and every individual task.

At Sheds Galore and More we offer two levels of barn structure, Stage 1 which comes standard with 6x6 pressure treated posts, and 29 gauge metal roof which is engineered to withstand 105 mph wind load. Our second level referred to as stage 2, comes standard with 8x8 pressure treated posts and 26 gauge metal roof which is engineered to withstand 145 mph wind load.

Posts and Metal Roofing

All 6x6 and 8x8 posts are ground contact treated with a process called Micronized Copper Azole (MCA).
29 gauge is standard in our 105 mph stage 1 option, it comes with a 25-year manufacturing warranty, it is available in galvalume and 17 different colors.
26 gauge is standard in our 145 mph stage 2 option, it comes with a 25-year manufacturing warranty, it is available in galvalume and 17 different colors.

Steel Engineered Trusses

Our trusses are coated with a 3 Stage rust Inhibitor coating.
Our trusses have been engineered to be superior to the construction of most other steel truss configurations on the market, our top and bottom cords have been upsized to 2x2x3/16 angle iron, our internal webbing has been located to provide more consistent lateral strength.
2x6 purlin attachment points (purlin retainers) have been upsized to gain a more secure hold on the cross purlins and provides a greater area for fastening.
